• Developing regions:
  • Critical requirements:
    • Sustainability with very limited budgets.
    • Telecommunications are critical, but not yet available everywhere.
      
  • Maintenance issues:
    • Power availability:
      • Limited and unreliable.
        
    • Critical components:
      • Concern about server and telecommunication tools.
      • Avoid too obsolete equipments because the maintenance would be more difficult.
      • Since the delay to get spare parts could be very long, critical components should be doubled.
    • Local networks:
      • Wireless is easier to maintain, no wires, not sensible to thunders.
  • Education:
    • Education aspect are particularly important.
