Additional Requirements : Super Specialisations

• Super-specialists:
  • Make use of most generic functionalities described above.
  • Focus on one organ (e.g. cardiology) or one technology (e.g. surgery) and are excellent in going as deep as possible in their own narrow domain.
  • Application of the concept of Activity:
    • The start point is a request from a GP or from an other specialist.
    • In general managed with appointments.
    • The super specialist may himself ask more technical Activities.
    • Reports are expected as soon as new information become available.
  • However since super-specialists are in general dealing with only one problem, super specialists have in general no interest in a global view of the patient nor in the global problem list.
